Fee & Payment Policy


Introduction


SAS Fashion, operating under the trade name ODELIA, is owned by Riya Pahuja, a sole
proprietorship registered under GST (Registration No: 06GFCPP3241D1ZR), with its principal
office at F-9/5, 4th Floor, DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002, India (“ODELIA”, “we”, “us”,
or “our”). ODELIA manages and operates the website www.theodelia.in (the “ODELIA Platform”),
through which we facilitate the sale of apparel and accessories (“Products”) to users (“User”,
“Users”, “you”, or “your”).


1. WHAT IS THIS POLICY?
This Fees and Payments Policy (“FPP Policy”), together with the Terms & Conditions, outlines
ODELIA’s accepted payment methods and our policies and procedures relating to fees and
payments for purchases made on the ODELIA Platform.
By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from the ODELIA Platform, you agree to comply with this
Policy. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use the ODELIA Platform.


2. FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Browsing the Platform – ODELIA does not charge any fee for browsing the Platform. We may, in
    the future, levy fees for certain features or services, which will be duly notified.

  • Payment Options – For your convenience, ODELIA offers multiple payment methods, including:- Net Banking- Major Credit Cards- Major Debit Cards- UPI / Wallets- Any other payment method as may be enabled by ODELIA from time to time

  • Acceptance of Payment – Accepting payment is at ODELIA’s discretion. We may request
    additional verification, such as government-issued ID, to validate a transaction.

  • USER RESPONSIBILITIES- You must provide accurate and complete financial information when using Payment Options.- You must only use payment instruments lawfully owned or authorized for use.- You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your financial details.- ODELIA shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your financial information.

3. PAYMENT FAILURES OR DECLINES
ODELIA shall not be responsible for losses arising due to:- Lack of authorization for any transaction.- Exceeding your card/bank limits.- Technical issues during transactions.- Declined payments by your bank or payment provider.

4. TRANSACTION LIMITS
ODELIA may, at its discretion, impose limits on the number or value of transactions a User can
make. Orders suspected to be fraudulent or suspicious may be delayed, held, or cancelled.

5. TAXES AND PRICING ERRORS
1. All prices listed on the ODELIA Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. In rare cases of pricing errors:- If the listed price is lower than the actual price, ODELIA may request the User to pay the
difference before dispatch. If declined, the order may be cancelled and the amount refunded.- If the listed price is higher than the actual price, the difference shall be refunded to the User within
7 (seven) working days.

6. REFUNDS
Refunds, where applicable (e.g., due to cancellations, errors, or overpayment), shall be processed
in the original mode of payment within 7 (seven) working days, subject to banking timelines.

7.THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS
ODELIA may work with third-party payment gateways and service providers to process
transactions. By using the Payment Options, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of
such third-party providers.


8.INVALIDATED PAYMENTS
If a payment made by you is later invalidated, you agree to remit the amount to ODELIA within 24
(twenty-four) hours of receiving notice. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
