Shipping policy

Shipping Charges:
ODELIA offers complimentary shipping within India. For international orders, additional shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 8–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and shipping location.

Ship to Store / Store Pickup:
Customers in India can choose the ‘Ship to Store’ option. Orders can be picked up from the ODELIA flagship studio. After placing your order, please email info@theodelia.in
 to schedule pickup.
A valid government-issued ID proof (e.g., Driving License or Passport) must be presented for identity and billing verification.

Delivery Schedule:
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS, call, or email regarding the attempted delivery. Undelivered parcels returned to us will incur additional postage charges for re-dispatch.
