All prices on www.theodelia.in are listed in INR, with USD conversions provided for international shoppers. Prices are determined solely by the brand and are non-negotiable. Discounts are only applicable during designated End of Season Sale periods.

Payment in full (100% advance) is required at the time of placing an order. Should a product become unavailable, the brand will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

ODELIA offers complimentary shipping within India. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product specifications. Delays due to courier disruptions, weather, or political events are beyond our control, though we strive to keep clients updated at every stage. Self-pickup from our flagship studio can also be arranged upon request.

All domestic orders include applicable taxes. For international orders, customs duties and additional charges (if any) must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

As per brand policy, ODELIA does not entertain returns or exchanges—domestic or international—on fresh-off-the-rack or made-to-order pieces, except under these rare circumstances:

In such cases, clients must email info@theodelia.in with images and concerns within 24 hours of receiving the garment. After acknowledgment from our team, you may ship the item back for corrective action. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If approved, returns or exchanges are compensated via Credit Notes (valid for 6 months) redeemable exclusively at www.theodelia.in or ODELIA’s flagship studio. Credit Notes are issued at MRP value only and are non-refundable.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled. All cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee with no refunds issued.

Garments vary in fit depending on fabric and design. Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing. For personalized guidance, our team is available to assist with fit and styling queries.

ODELIA garments are handcrafted with delicate fabrics and embroidery. Variations in color or finish are inherent to artisanal work. Dry-cleaning is recommended; however, ODELIA does not provide after-sales care or dry-cleaning services.
