RETURNS & EXCHANGES


At ODELIA, we want you to love your shopping experience with us. However, as a standard brand protocol across all direct points of sale, ODELIA does not accept returns or exchanges—whether domestic or international, off-the-rack or made-to-order—except in the following exceptional cases:
• The merchandise you ordered is not received in good condition, is damaged, or defective.
• There is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against your specifications (e.g., sizing, color mismatch, fabric covering, length issues).
• There has been an unprecedented delay in your order, and ODELIA has not informed you of the same within 7 days of placing the order.

In such scenarios, you must notify us by email at info@theodelia.in within 24 hours of receiving your order, clearly stating your concerns and attaching images of the issue. You may also contact us via phone or WhatsApp during business hours for immediate support.

Only after receiving written acknowledgment from our team may you ship the outfit back to us for corrective action. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for retrieving any products sent without prior authorization.

Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and properly sealed, as received. Once the outfit is received, ODELIA will evaluate the issue, and the decision to approve a return or exchange lies solely with us based on timelines and product condition.

Approved returns/exchanges will be issued in the form of a Credit Note, valid for 6 months, redeemable exclusively at www.theodelia.in or at our flagship studio. Credit Notes are applicable even during End of Season Sale periods.

• All Credit Notes are issued for the MRP amount only, excluding shipping, duties, or taxes.
• No returns or exchanges are permitted on discounted products.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as a cancellation fee.
ODELIA does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
